- All tickets purchased are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
- This applies to both advance and same-day ticket purchases.
2. Rescheduling Policy
- Advance Tickets:
- Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an administration fee.
- Same-Day Tickets:
- Rescheduling for same-day tickets is not available.
3. Group and Event Bookings
- Group bookings and private events are subject to separate cancellation and rescheduling terms outlined in the event agreement.
- Please refer to your event agreement or contact us for details.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
- In cases of emergencies (e.g., medical issues or unforeseen travel disruptions), please contact us at [insert contact email/phone] to discuss potential rescheduling options.
- Any decisions will be at the sole discretion of management.
5. Park Closures
- If Drouble-Family Play World is closed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather or safety concerns), you will be offered:
- The option to reschedule your visit.
- A credit for future use valid for 6 months.
